First of all, welcome to Crotto di Gittana!
How it works:
- ATTENTION: first of all, non-contact check-in must be expressly authorised by us in advance!
- outside the driveway gate you will find a safe deposit box with your set of keys the code of the box containing the keys, and the name of your room, will be communicated to you by email/message
- to comply with legal requirements, you must check in online, entering your details. We will send you a special link. We are sorry if the procedure is a bit long, but it is a legal requirement! Thank you for your understanding
- Please note: if you arrive before 4 p.m., it is possible that your room has not yet been made up. Feel free to leave your luggage in the room assigned to you, lock the room!, when you return you will find it clean and ready to welcome you!
This is a plan of our facility, to help you find your way around more easily:
You will find 2 keys:
- 1 large ‘naked’: this is the first key you will use to enter the facility and opens the main gate. The gate is manual: insert the key into the lock on the gate and open it manually by pushing it, then lock it with a latch near the steps, and enter with the car. Afterwards, remember to close it again, thank you!;
- 1 large ‘coloured’: this is the key to your room! Follow the map and open the room that has the same name as the key ring.
There is a Honesty bar ‘Il Crotto’ in our facility.
It is a self-service bar inside an old ‘crotto’, and is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
You can take whatever you want, marking your drinks on the appropriate sheet. You pay at your check-out.
Other important information:
- Breakfast is buffet style, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., on the ground floor, in the indoor hall and/or on the main terrace
- Check-out is until 10:00 a.m.
