The CROTTO di GITTANA focuses its attention to rediscovering the flavours of our land and to offering genuine and quality foods. A lot of care has been placed in the selection of the raw materials used, as they directly come from small farms particularly keen on the quality of the products they offer. The cold cuts and cheeses of our valleys, as well as the fresh fish from our lake, are highly selected and proposed both in the old fashioned ways and in new recipes elaborated from our traditions. The majority of our wines comes from biological productions, whereas the meats come from our local stock farms.
Our chefs are able to create any type of menu required, from the local to the regional cuisine menu and more sophisticated, customizing requirements and developing tailored proposals.
